Before starting your tenancy

Utility services:

We suggest using connectnow.com.au, simply choose the services you want and they will sort out the rest:

  • Electricity

  • Gas

  • Internet

  • Pay TV

  • Home Phone

Smart Property manager will set up the water for you!            

Parking Permits - by municipality: 

Mid-Tenancy Tips:

House/Unit maintenance:

  1. Exhaust fan covers, Aircon and Ducted heating filters - vacuum first, if it is still dirty wash in warm to hot soapy water and only reinstall once 100% dry (especially split systems - this will increase efficiency !!!!!)

  2. Garden Maintenance - Basic pruning, rubbish removal and mow lawns etc. (makes it easier at end of tenancy)

  3. Curbside Bin - Hose it out with some dish soap every few months

  4. Fly screens - remove and hose or use the shower to give them a quick clean to remove dust and cobwebs.
