As we are all aware, the COVID -19 virus is affecting the world, and impacting on everyone’s lives.
We understand that you may be going through a tough time whether you are directly affected or the people close to you are. The issue of income and loss of income are on the increase, and we have gone ahead and done some research for you.
We urge all tenants read up carefully all the information provided. This is very important that you understand what you’re entitled to, and we are here to assist in any way we can.

Information on rental assistance:
All routine inspections have been suspended until further notice, we will continue to monitor properties but will not be entering the premises. Tenants will be required to take photos, we will make an itemised list of the things we require of maintenance.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do, but please do take into consideration that landlords are deeply affected as well and we all need to try and help each other out during this difficult time.
